- 피트니스 센터는 안전상의 이유로 16세 이상 입장 가능합니다.
- 객실 상황에 따라 일부 날짜는 조기 마감될 수 있습니다.
- 부모 등 법정대리인을 동반하지 않은 만 19세 미만 미성년자는 투숙할 수 없습니다.
(체크인 시점에 생일이 지난 만 19세부터 법정대리인 동반 없이 투숙이 가능합니다.)

예약 취소/변경 및 No-show 안내
- 숙박 예정일 1일 전 18시까지는 위약금 없이 취소 및 변경이 가능합니다.
- 숙박 예정일 1일 전 18시 이후 취소/변경 및 노쇼(No-show) 시,
· 성수기(4, 5, 6, 10, 11월, 12/24, 12/31): 최초 1일 숙박 요금의 80%가 위약금으로 부과됩니다.
· 비수기(성수기 외 기간): 최초 1일 숙박 요금의 10%가 위약금으로 부과됩니다.
- Cancellation refund policy
  
  Cancellations will be accepted without penalty until 18:00 on the day before the scheduled check-in date.
  
  Cancellations or changes made after the time limit above (or no-shows) are subject to a penalty charge equal to:
  - 80% of the first-night’s room rate during busy seasons (Apr., May, Jun., Oct., Nov., Dec. 24 and Dec. 31) or.
  - 10% of the first-night’s room rate during off-seasons (off-peak periods).
