  • Instruction

    - All images are for illustration purposes and may differ from the actual.
    - Rates are per night for 1 room accommodating 2 adults and include 10% VAT.
    - Room check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by noon (12:00 PM).
    - The package may be sold out early depending on room reservation status.
    - The gifts may be partially changed or substituted based on hotel circumstances and will be provided at the front desk during check-in.
    - At check-in, we will stamp your keychain with a "Rainy" seal. Please present it to staff when paying for buffet meals.
    - Buffet service may be closed depending on on-site conditions.
    - Please confirm buffet availability with each location in advance.
    - At check-in, please present a photo ID for registration and guest verification.
    - For safety reasons, fitness center access is restricted to guests aged 16 and above.
    - Children 13 years old and under are not charged additional room occupancy fees.
    - Pets and animals are not permitted, except for guide dogs.
    - Minors under 19 years old without a parent or legal guardian cannot stay.
    (Based on check-in date, guests who have turned 19 can stay without legal guardians.)
    - The above rates are discounted rates, and multiple discounts cannot be combined.

    · Cancellations and changes can be made without penalty until 6:00 PM on the day before the scheduled stay.
    · For cancellations/changes after 6:00 PM on the day before the scheduled stay, and no-shows:
    - Peak season (April, May, June, October, November, December 24, December 31): A cancellation fee equal to 80% of the first night's accommodation charge will be applied.
    - Off-peak season (periods other than peak season): A cancellation fee equal to 10% of the first night's accommodation charge will be applied.

    · Peak season (May, July, August, October, December 24, December 31)
    - Cancellations and changes can be made without penalty up to 7 days before the scheduled stay.
    - For cancellations and changes from 6 days to 2 days before the scheduled stay (until 6:00 PM), a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the first night's accommodation charge will be applied.
    - For cancellations/changes after 6:00 PM, 2 days before the scheduled stay, or no-shows, a cancellation fee equal to 80% of the first night's accommodation charge will be applied.
    · Off-peak season (periods other than peak season)
    - Cancellations and changes can be made without penalty until 6:00 PM on the day before the scheduled stay.
