Change or Cancellation of Reservation

  • Peak season (May, Jul, Aug, Oct, Dec. 24, Dec. 31) :
    •  Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
    •  The penalty is charged at 20% of the room rate for the first night from six days until two days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
    • If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the 2 days prior to scheduled check-in, or in the event of a no-show, the penalty is charged at 80% of the room rate for the first night.
  • Off-seasons (off-peak periods)  :
    •  Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 18:00 on the day prior to the scheduled check-in date.
    •  If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the day prior to scheduled check-in, or in the event of a no-show, the penalty is charged at 10% of the room rate for the first night.
