    The Hotel Policy
    • Check-in/Check-out time
      - Check-in : after 3pm
      - Check-out : by noon
    • Parking
      - 5,000 KRW per night
      (limited to one vehicle per room / 15,000 KRW per night extra for additional vehicle parking per room)
    • Cancellation of reservation
      - Cancellations will be accepted without penalty until 18:00 on the day before the scheduled check-in date.
      - Cancellations or changes made after the time limit above (or no-shows) are subject to a penalty charge equal to :
      · 80% of the first-night’s room rate during busy seasons (Apr., May, Jun., Oct., Nov., Dec. 24 and Dec. 31) or.
      · 10% of the first-night’s room rate during off-seasons (off-peak periods).
    • Animals
      - No animals are allowed in the hotel except guide dogs.
    • Minors
      - Minors under 20 years old are not permitted unless accompanied by their parents or guardian (in compliance with The Juvenile Protection Act, Articles 30 and 58)
    • Amenity
      - Following the Resource Recycling Law, certain amenity items are available at a charge.

    Shilla Stay Yeoksam is located close to Teheran Road, the business hub of Gangnam, Seoul. The ten-lane road with traffic in both directions extends from east to west through the Gangnam area and provides favorable access to international banking and trading services. Convenient access to nearby attractions and shopping destinations makes Teheran Road a good place to enjoy shopping and sightseeing.
