    - 상기 패키지는 조기 종료될 수 있습니다.
    - 상기 모든 이미지는 연출 컷으로 실제와 다를 수 있습니다.
    - 체크인은 오후 3시 이후, 체크아웃은 낮 12시(정오) 까지 입니다.
    - 패키지 상세 요금은 예약하기 버튼을 눌러 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.
    - 성인 2인 1실 기준이며, 부가가치세는 별도입니다.
    - 피트니스 센터는 안전상의 이유로 16세 이상 입장 가능합니다.
    - 객실 상황에 따라 일부 날짜는 조기 마감될 수 있습니다.
    - 부모 등 법정대리인을 동반하지 않은 만 19세 미만 미성년자는 투숙할 수 없습니다.
    (체크인 일자 기준, 생일이 지난 만 19세부터 법정대리인 동반 없이 투숙이 가능합니다.)

    예약 취소/변경 및 No-show 안내
    - 성수기 (5, 7, 8, 10월, 12/24일, 12/31일)
    · 숙박 예정일 7일 전까지는 위약금 없이 취소 및 변경됩니다.
    · 숙박 예정일 6일 전~2일 전 18시까지 취소 및 변경 시 최초 1박 요금의 20%가 위약금으로 부과됩니다.
    · 숙박 예정일 2일 전 18시 이후 취소/변경하거나 노쇼 (No-Show) 시, 최초 1박 요금의 80% 가 위약금으로 부과됩니다.
    - 비수기 (성수기 외 기간)
    · 숙박 예정일 1일 전 18시까지는 위약금 없이 취소 및 변경됩니다.
    · 숙박 예정일 1일 전 18시 이후 취소/변경하거나 노쇼(no-show) 시, 최초 1박 요금의 10%가 위약금으로 부과됩니다.
    • Cancellation refund policy

      Busy seasons (May, Jul., Aug., Oct., Dec. 24 and Dec. 31)
      - Cancellations will be accepted without penalty until 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.
      - Cancellations or changes made no later than 18:00, 2-6 days before the scheduled check-in date are subject to a penalty charge equal to 20% of the first-night’s room rate.
      - No-shows or cancellations/changes made after the time limit above are subject to a penalty charge equal to 80% of the first-night’s room rate.


      Off-seasons (off-peak periods)
      - Cancellations will be accepted without penalty until 18:00 on the day before the scheduled check-in date.
      - No-shows or cancellations/changes made after the time limit above are subject to a penalty charge equal to 10% of the first-night’s room rate.


      * For online reservations through the Shilla Stay homepage, only reservations made after 7 days of check-in can be canceled or changed online.
      * In case of cancellations or changes within 7 days before the scheduled check-in, please contact to the Shilla Stay Reservation office (+82-2-2230-0701)
